Is the Basic plan really free forever?
Yes. The Basic plan is free with no time limit. You get access to all features with up to 1 workspace and 12 members.
What happens to my data if I don't upgrade?
Your data stays safe and accessible. You can export it at any time. We will not delete your workspace if you remain on the Basic plan.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Billing adjusts at the start of the next billing cycle.
How does Enterprise pricing work for extra seats?
On the Enterprise plan, your base price covers up to 50 members and 5 workspaces. Additional members are billed at $1.50/user/month and additional workspaces at $5/workspace/month.
Is my team's data encrypted on all plans?
Yes. End-to-end AES-GCM encryption applies to all chat messages and file attachments on every plan, including the free Basic plan.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
